Call for applications for concerts and various events in the manor’s spaces

Trakai Vokė Manor invites performers, creators, music groups and cultural organizers to submit applications for concerts and various events in the manor’s spaces in 2026.

Trakai Vokė Manor is a historical cultural heritage site, distinguished by its architecture, park environment and authentic atmosphere. The manor’s spaces are suitable for chamber concerts, acoustic performances, contemporary and classical music events, literary evenings, discussions, community and interdisciplinary cultural projects.

We invite applications for:

• Concerts (classical, jazz, folklore, contemporary music, etc.);
• Chamber performances;
• Cultural evenings and meetings;
• Educational events with an audience;
• Interdisciplinary cultural projects.

In the free-form application, please provide:

• A description of the idea and concept of the event;
• A brief introduction of the performers/organizers;
• Technical needs (sound, lighting, etc.);
• Preferred date and duration of the event;
• Visual material (links to recordings, examples of performances).

Applications are accepted throughout the year and are evaluated taking into account artistic quality, relevance of the program, compatibility with the manor space and cultural direction.

IMPORTANT:

The preferred date may be preliminarily reserved upon receipt of the application, but this does not mean final confirmation of the organization of the event.

Applicants will be informed of the decision by e-mail.

Trakai Vokė Manor is not obliged to comment on negative decisions.
