2. Events, Tours, Educational Activities and Venue Rental
When registering for events, tours, educational activities organized by the Manor or when renting Manor premises, the following personal data may be collected: name, surname; email address; phone number; preferred date and time; number of participants; language of the tour or event; additional comments or other information related to service provision.
In the case of venue rental, additional data may be collected about the nature of the event, duration, technical requirements, client, and contact persons.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of administration, service provision, statistics, security, visitor service, and feedback.
Legal basis for data processing: consent (in the case of events, educational activities, and tours); contract (in the case of concerts, exhibitions, and venue rental).
Data retention: for events, educational activities, and tours – 1 year; for venue rental – 10 years after the end of the contract.

3. Ticket Sales
Tickets for events, educational activities, or tours at Trakų Vokė Manor can be purchased in the Manor’s online shop at shop.vokesdvaras.lt.
When purchasing tickets, the following personal data is collected: name, surname; email address; phone number; other information necessary to complete the order.
Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and accounting purposes and is not transferred to third parties, except for service providers necessary for payment processing and system operation.
Tickets for concerts held at Trakų Vokė Manor can also be purchased via the ticket distribution platform bilietai.lt. If you purchase tickets on the bilietai.lt website, their terms of use and privacy policy will apply, which you can review on their website.
Buyer data is retained for 10 years from the last purchase transaction.

4. Reviews
If you leave a review on the Manor’s website or other Manor channels, we will process the content of your review and your contact details.
Data is processed to improve services and take into account visitor feedback.

Personal data of individuals applying for positions at the Manor (name, surname, email, CV, cover letter) is processed for recruitment purposes.

Data is retained for the duration of the selection process and longer only with separate consent.
